Privacy Policy
Last updated: February 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our web application and related services (the "Services").
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information when you use the Services:
- Account information, such as your name, username, phone number, and other profile details required by your organization.
- Usage information, such as actions you perform in the application, access times, and technical logs.
- Device and technical information, such as browser type, operating system, and IP address.
- Location information (GPS): when your organization enables location-based attendance, the mobile app collects the device's precise (GPS) location at the moment you clock in or out of a shift. Location is collected only when you actively perform a clock-in/out action (in the foreground); the app does not track or collect location silently, continuously, or in the background.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Services.
- Location-based attendance verification: to compare the device's location at clock-in/out against the work location designated by your organization, confirming that the attendance record is valid. Location data is not used for advertising and is not sold to third parties.
- Improve and personalize the user experience.
- Monitor and secure the platform, including detecting and preventing fraud or misuse.
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
3. Data Sharing
We may share your information with third parties only in the following circumstances and always in accordance with applicable law:
- With service providers that support the operation and maintenance of the Services.
- With your organization or company administrators, as required for account and access management.
- When required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect our rights or the rights of others.
4. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary based on the type of data and organizational requirements.
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no system can be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction and organizational policies, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to access, update, or request deletion of your data. To exercise these rights, please contact your system administrator or support representative.
7. International Transfers
If your information is transferred across borders, we will take appropriate measures to ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and that your information remains adequately protected.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after any changes to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
9. Contact Us
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or how your information is handled, please contact your system administrator or support representative.
